After five years originating mortgage loans for major lenders to include GMAC, WAMU, and Wells Fargo, the founder of the company became a Colorado licensed real estate broker in 2002. Helping countless buyers and sellers through 2017, he became focused on the investment side of things in 2017, beginning and/or enhancing the flip and buy and hold activities. Branching into fixing and flipping himself using private money, the company's current focus is sourcing, underwriting, and financing investment grade assets in select markets nationwide.

Norberto Villanueva, Consultant
After serving as an anti-submarine warfare specialist in the US Navy, Norberto excelled in various sales and service, technological, and management roles before finding his way to real estate as a licensed loan officer in 1997.
After obtaining a real estate broker license in 2002, Norberto went on to earn an Employing Level status in 2008. A seasoned acquisitions analyst, regularly underwriting single-family and small commercial projects for investor clients and his own development activity, Norberto incorporates expertise in QM and non-QM products, remodels, land development, and more to engineer transactions incorporating seller financing, lease options for his own ventures and in those of other
satisfied clients. Known for providing best-in-class, win-win-win solutions or none at all, Norberto is bilingual in English and Spanish.
With certifications in short sales, foreclosures, and bank-owned properties (REO), he'd much rather be known as, Your Friend in Real Estate.
